Jim was fantastic! I told him what I was looking as far as departure and location destinations. Such a pleasure to speak with and after my booking was complete I knew I would never go to anyone else. Communication was superb and the cherry on top of my booked cruise was that I was somehow upgraded to a unique suite. Thanks again for everything. Jim was amazing! He was extremely patient with me and my constant trip changes and request. Returned quotes back very quickly! He was able to get our family rooms much cheaper than if we booked directly ourselves. Once we got on board, we were even welcomed with a very nice surprise on behalf of Jim. Very sweet and such a nice surprise. Will never book another vacation without using his services!
