First cruise on Carnival,the Celebrity. Nice big new ship.  So much to do. Restaurants, bars and entertainment very good.  Pools small, little room in them during the day. Cigarette smoke from the casino often permeated the central areas of the ship. Balcony room very nice. We normally cruise on Royal Caribbean. In comparison, the restaurant food on the Celebrity was somewhat better, however, the buffet was not as good.

Doris went above and beyond, providing us with several different quotes so we could consider all our options, talking us through the different options, and answering our many (many, many, many) questions in the months leading up to the trip. Jim was fantastic! I told him what I was looking as far as departure and location destinations. Such a pleasure to speak with and after my booking was complete I knew I would never go to anyone else. Communication was superb and the cherry on top of my booked cruise was that I was somehow upgraded to a unique suite. Thanks again for everything.
