Q. Do I need a passport?

A. In most cases, you will need a U.S. passport which still has at least 6 months before expiration. There are some itineraries that only require a certified birth certificate. We can help you determine those trips.

Q. I have a foreign passport, can I take a cruise?

A. Because of the many different nationalities we serve with cruising, we always recommend those with a foreign passport check with their local consulate.

Q. Will I need an electrical converter?

A. Most cruise lines in the U.S. have American style outlets. Because of limited outlets in the rooms, we always carry an outlet strip with us to keep our electronics charged. In addition, we carry a light weight extension cord for things like CPAP machines.

Q. What is Verifly?

A. Verifly is an app that not only will keep you abreast of the COVID vaccination/ testing rules but allows you to upload you vaccination records for ease of boarding.

Q. Do I need the Verifly App?

A. At this time is not mandatory to have the App. But the cruise lines claim it can cut your boarding time in half. We can attest to just that.

Q. How do I get the Verifly App?

A. The App is available in both Android and iPhone.

Q. Do I need travel insurance?

A. Yes and No. We sell Allianz insurance for those that have the need/want. We also advise our clients to check their credit cards. Many card issuers offer you FREE travel insurance, if you book the cruise using their card.

Q. What will travel insurance cover?

A. The coverage will vary by insurance carrier and we can discuss on a case by case basis. The most important item the insurance covers is tip cancellation due to outside circumstances like flight cancellations.
